While perhaps not the most prestigious awards in the world. And some people think the marketers that create them should be hung drawn and quartered…I’m going celebrating the best of 3 months of hunting the web for these little nuisances.
Getting people to do things (perform behaviours) is really difficult. BJ Fogg is a person who has really pushed research in this area and has simplified and codified it to a point that makes it very easy to understand.
There are two things that I’ve noticed in the last 24 months that companies are terrible at and today I have a data backed example of why it makes a difference.
Recently I started a new engagement with a B2b technology client who have some interesting sales & marketing challenges that they want to resolve.
I can’t go into details on who the client is, but their problem is pretty common… So I thought I’d lay it out here.
